or stay over a day will receive a VIP pass good for two (2) people
to most all the attractions on Galveston Island. $250.00 Value
Friday, November 10th
Free Hot Breakfast served at Hawthorn Suites at the Victorian Condo
Hotel
0900 Board the Victorian Bus to Seawolf Park for work day on the
ship, or setting up decorations for Veterans Day; or be a tour
guide for a day on the USS Stewart DE-238. Then join us for the
best BBQ in the Great State of Texas.
1230 BBQ with all trimmings for all helpers Free
1500 Catch bus to 25th & Seawall for the Tour Train Free (weather
permitting). Ninety minute tour around our Island City if inclement
weather we will return to the hotel hospitality room meet and
mingle in the Hospitality room closes at 1800 and dinner buffet
banquet begins promptly at 1830.
Buffet: $20.00 per person. If we do not have at least 30 people
register then all evening meals will be on your own.
Ladies Hat show if there is a interest starts 10:00am at Moody
Mansion or Ashton Villa
Saturday, November 11th - Veterans Day

0930 Bus departs for Seawolf Park
Some of what you will be in store for this day will be: Barbershop
quartets will perform patriotic music, spectacular flag
presentations, solemn and reverent display from the Jr. AF
Thunderbird Composite Squadron as they dress the missing man table,
hopefully a fly over, guest speakers from each branch of military,
High Schools JROTC units will perform drills with rifles, USCG
water rescue, vendors will be on hand selling military items. A
renowned author John Rodgaard will be on hand to sign "A Call to
the Sea" sold both in paperback and hard back.

Chili luncheon donation ** This could change depending on the
weather**
1830 Banquet Dinner $20.00 PP at Hawthorn Suites at the Victorian
Condo Hotel. If we do not have at least 30 people register then all
