My dad was on the Horace A Bass during WW11. His name was Earl FJ Oncale. Most people called him Jack. Does anyone remember him?

My grandfather was on the Horace A Bass when the kamikaze plane exploded in June 1945. His name was Joseph J Conmy. Unfortunately, he passed away some years ago, so I don't have much information. If anyone knew him, or has more information about the ship, please contact me. Thank you.

Hello, I'm writing for my uncle Charles Gordon who served on the Bass during WW II. He is looking to reconnect with old shipmates. Any help would be appreciated. My email address is Frisbee1506@aol.com

Sincerely,

Bill Farnie
