USS GARCIA DE/FF 1040

"This photo must have been taken sometime during a Matchmaker III, Nato cruise in 1966. The other two ships are the HMS Agincourt (which, if I remember correctly, is the ship with the large radar) and the Dutch ship Drenthe.

I served onboard the USS Garcia DE 1040 from 1965 'till 1967."
