USS SILVERSTEIN DE 534

"May of 1958 - Silverstein collision with USS Stickleback several months after Stickleback
accidently torpedoed USS Douglas A. Munro DE 422. The collision occurred 14 miles NW of the entrance at Pearl Harbor. All the crew and pubs were removed from the sub, but she sank while under tow back to Pearl."
