USS PARLE DE 708
Taken around 1950, probably in Chesapeake Bay.
Signal flags are the call sign "NTIQ," or, at that time NAN TARE ITEM QUEEN.
The topmost radar antenna is a "bedspring array," and is the SA air-search radar.
The radar antenna just below it is enclosed in a "radome," and is the SU surface search radar.
