"From these honored dead, we take increased devotion to that cause for which they here gave the last full measure of devotion - that we here highly resolve these dead shall not have died in vain..." Abraham Lincoln, Gettysburg

| As a special tribute on this Memorial Day, I wrote a poem. This
poem is dedicated to all our fallen servicemen, but especially to all the DE sailors who
have sailed their final sea. My Freedom Was Not Free On Memorial Day, I sit and reflect Oh, what gallant men they were My freedoms they provided They didn't know my family or friends Men and women fought the wars Many never came back home These men must never be forgotten To forget is to dishonor In special honor of these fine men Memorial Day is the time to say With humility and humbleness On bended knees, with gratitude Thank You God for our Veterans Author: North
